Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If there is any concern about your purchased item/s, please do not hesitate to contact us first as we do our best to assist and address your concern accordingly..

Please double check your order details carefully , as your order is processed based on the details & requirements you have provided. All orders placed in our store agrees to our terms & conditions.

For any return or exchange, please make sure items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and comes with the original packaging.

* Headpieces and Jewelry are final sale, no returns or exchanges without quality problem.

Please note that we don’t accept any return or exchange without our prior confirmation.

Sizing or Fitting:

Please know that all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored.Our seamstress makes the dress based on the measurements you have given.

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than two inches, feel free to choose from the following options:

1) You are encouraged to find a local seamstress to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to 20% of the product price-excluding shipping cost.

2) You may return the dress after our confirmation; we offer free modification service to re size your dress. Buyer needs to prepay for the cost of return shipping, which will be reimbursed by us after dress arrival according to the actual shipping receipt buyer presents.

3) You may return the dress after our confirmation to receive a full refund. (Without confirmation, we do not accept return or refund.) Buyer needs to pay for the cost of return shipping.

Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring.

Color Deviation Issues:

Color representation varies by monitors.  There is a slight chromatic aberration by camera between color in photos and actual dress color. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get. For color deviation caused by monitors or cameras, it doesn’t belong to quality defect, hence, we won’t accept return or refund.


Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same price, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after returned items are received.

Procedures of Return and Refund

If there is any problem to return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the items. You may need to send us some persuasive pictures or video to show the defect, wrong size/color, etc. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us only after you get our confirmation.

-- We will provide you our return address. It is required that the product should be sent back to us in 7 days after the return request is confirmed.

--Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, except those out of defective quality problem. In that case, return shipping fee will be prepaid on buyers’ part, and reimbursed by us when refund according to the actual shipping receipt.

-- Please email us for the return delivery information including shipping courier and tracking number within 7 days after you get our confirmation of return authorization.

-- We will give you the corresponding refund in 3-7 days after we receive returned item. Refund is processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. Please allow up to additional 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or Paypal account. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. An e-mail notification will be sent to your email after refund is done.

Please notice that additional fee like plus large size fee or rush-order fee is not refundable if without special reasons. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.

Important Note: For customers’ protection, please send return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered FedEx, UPS, DHL or other trackable post. Please be sure to keep shipping receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with the item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

 In Additions

For custom-made items (either in custom color or custom style) that have no defect or quality problem, sorry that we don’t accept return or refund. If the customer want a return and refund just because he or she changes mind, or don’t like it anymore, we are sorry that we will not acknowledge such.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. It is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed, and materials cannot be reused.

For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below for details:

-- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.(Online Purchase Only)

-- Once the order is shipped out, cancellation is not allowed. 

For not made-to-order products, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us directly to request cancellation.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping

It usually takes 5 – 8 business days to all major destinations. Standard shipping costs less, but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. The shipping we acknowledge here is standard shipping.

Expedited shipping

Different countries have different expedited shipping. For some countries, expedited shipping fee is very high. When you are in need of expedited shipping, please contact us when order.

Shipping Couriers

We usually use safe international couriers like DHL or EMS to send items to you. Always choose the most appropriate courier to deliver items according to different destination countries. Shipping couriers are acknowledged to be under our choice. If buyers have no special requirement on this when order, buyers acquiesce in our choice.

Please notice that your shipping address in Order is the default address for us to ship items. If you have new address, please tell us initiatively when order.

Shipping case

Because of some unavoidable reason like natural disaster, or some personal reason, there might be some unexpected problem when shipping. For any of them, you can contact us, we will do our best to be help.

Case 1: If the item is held in detention at the customer’s customs, the buyer is responsible for clearing the customs. If buyers refuse to pay custom duties or help clear customs, this may cause return of items. In such return case: For not-made-to-order items, item price is refundable, while shipping fee is not. (Free shipping items are also included. We need to deduct the shipping fee we covered for buyer when refund.) For made-to-order items, buyers need to pay reshipping fee to rearrange shipment.

Case 2: If the delivery fails because the address buyer provided is incorrect or incomplete, buyer is responsible for any loss in this case. For example, if the item is returned, and buyer still needs the item, he or she should pay for the reshipping fee and our loss on custom duties during return, and then we will reship it to the right address.
